My interest in these words is the former.
Say ‘Prostate’ cancer not Prostrate.
I know this kind of cancer can render men helpless or defenceless (Prostrate them) but there’s only one meaning of ‘Prostate’ and that is in reference to a gland in males.
Eg. The mention of possible Prostate cancer prostrated the poor man.👍🏽✔️
