Yes. Saying ‘I’m ticklish’ is very correct.
So go on and say it with vim 😆
Ticklish (adj)-
1. Sensitive to tickling.
2. Requiring great tact, delicate, touchy.
Example, I have the ticklish task of telling her she’s not invited.
